Based in London, Ascendx offers a SaaS platform for large enterprises dealing with fragmented customer data and complex customer journeys. The platform integrates seamlessly with major market standards like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Snowflake, and includes algorithmic management features to enhance the productivity of sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Ascendx provides AI modules that allow "CRM agents" to qualify, engage, or follow up without manual input, based on business criteria and adaptable rules.
The company secured a €99 million funding round, which includes €54 million in equity and €45 million in debt , led by Osprey Investors and Columbia Lake Partners . Notable investors include Charles Delingpole (ComplyAdvantage), Sujay Tyle (Merama), Chris North (former CEO of Amazon UK), and Malte Janzarik (former TPG Europe executive).
Ascendx plans to expand its presence in the United States and pursue targeted acquisitions. The company has already acquired CapStorm , a U.S. company specializing in Salesforce data management and security.

The startup has appointed two prominent figures to its board of directors: Gavin Patterson , former president of Salesforce, and Pullen Daniel , co-founder of nCino , both bringing extensive experience in scaling up B2B operations.
According to Ufuk Civilo , CEO and co-founder, traditional CRM systems have become inadequate for the agility and operational intelligence required by large organizations.
The CRM market is experiencing a strategic shift towards agent-based systems that can autonomously make decisions, interact with other applications, and coordinate actions. This approach aligns with initiatives like Salesforce's Einstein GPT but emphasizes a more flexible, cloud-native, API-driven architecture.
In Europe, few companies are positioned in this niche. Folk in France targets small businesses, while SuperOffice in Scandinavia and Pipedrive in Estonia focus on specific verticals. Ascendx addresses the needs of large, multi-entity organizations seeking scalable performance.
In 2024, Ascendx reported a 300% revenue growth and currently serves over 500 active clients , including several Fortune 500 companies.
