Didask Secures €10 Million to Enhance Online Training with AI
On Tue, May 20, 2025, French company Didask , known for e-learning based on cognitive science, announced a €10 million fundraising. The round, led by AVP (Atlantic Vantage Point) and Citizen Capital, with participation from MAIF Impact, JuneX, and existing investor Takara Capital, aims to strengthen the technological development of its platform and support its expansion across Europe.
Founded in 2017 by Son Ly, Arnaud Riegert, and Philip Moore, Didask offers an alternative to traditional online training tools by leveraging cognitive science to enhance course design and effectiveness. The platform enables subject matter experts to create online training modules using an intelligent assistant named Didia. This AI guides the creation process with insights from cognitive research, including objective definition, pedagogical approaches, content generation (such as case studies, feedback, flashcards, and micro-challenges), and personalization of learning paths based on learner needs.
Platform Adoption and Financial Performance
Adopted by over 200 organizations, including ENGIE, DEKRA, KEDGE Business School, Suez, and the Directorate General of Administration and the Civil Service (DGAFP), Didask has doubled its revenue annually since 2022. The company currently employs more than 80 people.

Future Developments and International Expansion
With the new funding, Didask plans to advance its AI assistant to support informal, on-the-job training. This "knowledge assistant" will allow employees to access tailored content directly from their daily tools without using a centralized platform. International growth remains a priority, with the company aiming to make its educational technology more accessible globally.
