Belgian scale-up Shyfter, specializing in workforce and scheduling management via a SaaS platform, has announced a funding round of 1.5 million euros. The investment aims to enhance its presence in the French market and establish a foothold in Spain and the Netherlands. The funding round includes participation from existing investor Mike Vandenhooft, co-founder of Newpharma, and the Belgian fund WeLoveFounders, marking its first investment in Shyfter. The company has reported a 70% growth in 2024.
Founded in 2019 in Brussels, Shyfter offers a platform for multi-site businesses to schedule work hours, monitor time tracking, manage absences, and integrate payroll or temporary work constraints. The platform centralizes planning and HR management operations in an open environment, compatible with all market service providers, including temporary staffing.
Shyfter positions itself as an independent HR cockpit , differentiating from some French competitors with more closed offerings. Operating in the French market for a year, Shyfter plans to double its client base annually until 2027, aiming for 10 million euros in annual recurring revenue. The demand for modular, interoperable HR management solutions is rising in France, driven by local teams.
